Funfetti Cookies are awesome and delicious! The nice thing about these cookies is that you can add any color sprinkles you want! They are great for birthdays and holidays.  Also, put a little icing on them and they are amazing! 🙂 But, they are also just as good without icing.

Ingredients:

• 2 Sticks of Butter (room temperature)
• 1 ¼ cup Sugar
• 1 Egg (whole)
• 1 Egg White
• 2 tsp. Vanilla
• 2 ¾ cups Flour
• 3 oz Sprinkles of your choice
• 1 cup White Chocolate Chips

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 350ºF (176ºC).

Cream together 2 sticks of butter and 1 ¼ cup sugar.

Mix in the egg and egg white.

Mix in the vanilla.

Add in the flour in small batches.

Stir in any type of sprinkles and white chocolate chips! 🙂

Bake for 9-12 minutes or until edges start to turn golden brown.
