Unicorn Blondies
I have a coworker who LOVES unicorns, when I came across these unicorn horn sprinkles I immediately bought them and knew I had to make a unicorn themed dessert for her birthday! We ended up having a unicorn themed party for her.
Speaking of, this recipe is perfect for a Unicorn Themed Birthday Party!
SPRINKLES-
For these Blondies, I used Fancy Sprinkles Unicorn Horn Sprinkles! You can buy them here. They are vegan too! (This recipe is not vegan, but good to know you can use these on vegan recipes too)
FROSTING SWIRLS-
To make the frosting swirls, I used Wilton Gel Food Coloring. I used tooth picks to add little globs of the gel (the size of a fennel seed) on top the icing, using the tooth picks to swirl them altogether.

Ingredients
Blondies:
Frosting:
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Sift together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl or double boiler, melt the butter. I usually put my kitchen aide bowl over a small pot of boiling water. Once, the butter is melted, stir in the white chocolate chips. Let remain on heat for 30-60 seconds. Remove from heat and continue to stir until melted. Beat in the sugars for 1 minute. Beat in each egg one at a time, until incorporated. Beat in the vanilla and then beat in the flour mixture. Fold in the sprinkles.
- Using a rubber spatula, layer the batter into to a greased 13x9in pan.
- For the frosting, cream together heavy cream, add in the butter, vanilla and powdered sugar. Use a knife or spatula to spread on top of the blondies, once cooled. Top with Fancy Sprinkles Unicorn Sprinkles!
